Informational Peer Support Groups

Covering a diverse range of topics, these sessions' topics are determined by you (the trans community) and can vary between medical transition, social transition, navigating health insurance, using gender affirming garments correctly, staying safe and healthy, and living positively.

Coordinator

Arien Reed (he/they)

Arien handles all gender-affirming garment applications and ordering, schedules and facilitates the peer support sessions, and handles all outreach, planning, polls, and feedback surveys. He is also the grant writer who wrote the grant that gave Trans-E-Motion the funding to support and revolutionize this program. They also happen to be the current chair of Trans-E-Motion, and before that, he was the secretary for a couple years. You can learn more about them and our other board members here.
